    Hello Friends! I had a question in my mind, whether one who was a PMO addict, can end his/her addiction for the rest of thier lives, and not PMO for even once in thier life again?

    It takes persistence but I think yes, it can be done. If there is someone here that will tell you that it's not possible, take it as a challenge to prove them wrong!

    PMO is not a normal activity. It is a completely abnormal activity.You don't need PMO. It's not a need.You can live your whole life freely.
