At what age did you discover nofap?

    Im just curious about at what age people discovered and began to use this site, I found out about this at 17 but didn't start to use it until 18(now).

    19, did it off and on for at least a month or so (usually 2-3 weeks being my best) through out college and work. 26 now and have become a lot more sensitive to PMO effects that I wanted to be off of it
