    Hi everyone,

    I'm new to this but at the age of nearly 80 and having been masturbating since the age of 13/14.I think it's time I reduced it. My wife is currently not up for sex and although I have a much younger friend and former work colleague who helps out sometimes when she visits, I haven't had real sex for 5 years. My urge is high and I often masturbate three times daily, usually to porn but sometimes in the night to images of previous sex partners. I hope to kick it.
