    instagram is usually connected with relapses. i think it´s best for you to have a tight discipline around that social media. delete it or use it only with the screen facing exposure, never alone.

    Lot´s of relapses today in the Fellowship. i wish i had some conforting words for you but honestly i don´t feel well today, some relationship troubles, social anxiety sometimes creeps in, among other things... but as always my advice is to make throught this day the best you can. For this day will have enough pain, triggers and temptations that can lead to a relapse. so just care for this day.

    here´s a great video for all. a lesson in life

    Finally guys, a two digits streak
    10 days

    Today I was feeling down
    Demotivated to do the ordinary things that I need to do every day
    I want wake up tomorrow and live a day completely different from today
    At least I didn't had any PMO urges

    I'm fear when I get demotivated again and the urges comes...

    It passed bro! Nobody is immune to bad days even a wise brother like you!

    Checking in for day 4. @RiseToGreatness I would like to point out I changed my username today from humanc_c-137.

    Last night was VERY difficult. I was waking up every few hours, always dreaming erotic dreams and heavily aroused, while also half conscious. I found it very difficult to make it through the night, but the day so far has be quite devoid of turbulence. I feel well and I'm looking forward to overcoming the next hurdle.
