[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Thanks @NICEDUDE . It is interesting to consider the greatest gift(s) of semen retention and especially 'hard mode'.

For me, the biggest benefit of going monk mode/hard mode is the feeling of - for the first time in my life if I am honest - having complete control over my physical and spiritual being. The two are linked I feel. You cannot really say you are in control of your mind if you are not in control of your body? The greatest gift, for me, is what I call 'titanium will': this is a feeling that you can do anything you really want to. There are no barriers to finding complete happiness. It is a double edged sword though - as it also tends to stop you doing things you know are pointless/wasteful/unnecessary for true happiness - like PMO abuse. Others may then find you a little obtuse, to say the least. I only really felt the titanium will arrive about 180 days after going monk mode.

The world we live in is very exploitative, and the gift of titanium will allows you to fully appreciate this, and resist that exploitation. While we are all, to some extent, at the mercy of our particular circumstances, the gift of titanium will allows us to ride the waves of circumstance in ways like never before. I liken this to a riding a great stallion, that was chained deep within my soul, imprisoned by the bonds of PMO addiction. Those chains are broken, the stallion is free.

Day 0. Today was going to be day 7 but I celebrated to early and let my guard down. Today is a day of failure but thats alright. Though i failed i will come back strong.
