30 year old male,15years PMO addiction

    I am a 30 year old male.I started M, when i was 15 years.At about 17 ,i started watching P.I had tried many times,but my longest streak was 20 days only.The habit had made me feel pathetic.I feel as if ,i am leading a double life where nobody else in this world know about my addiction and from others point,i am a very succesful person but deep within me ,i cant enjoy anything .I want to stop this habit badly.It is also a way of thanking for the abundant blessings that i have received in life..
