    hi people, i think i am beggining to relapse soon. Today i was doing work after that i started browsing escort for two minutes, but i didnt masterbate to it ? can someone help me

    Do something else. You have a good streak going. I almost relapsed last night. I saw my streak was close to 90 and even though I really wanted to PMO I couldn't bear having to reset my streak counter and seeing the ZERO.

    I was painting. so i can imagine i might be feeling boredom which resulted me looking at things on instagram that maybe triggering my mind. Thats one thing i can pin point

    I think the best solution is to delete all temptations. If you don’t look you can’t be tempted. In this regard ignorance is bliss. It’s what I’ve done again. It worked for me the first time I had a huge streak, and it’ll work again.
