    Day 7 checking in, the thirst is not getting better I am more easily arroused from even just a nude scene in a movie. I do not consider this a reset though.

    Check in - Day 3 complete.
    So far so good. Not really having any urges. My mind lingers a little bit to long on things I don't need to pay attention to but just checking-in and being in this space with others adds so much to my effort. It's that little bit of strength that sites in the back of my mind because I know I'm making progress and progress makes me feel good.
