Flatline or something else?

    The beginning of March this year I did another streak but most of that time I was edging and during that I was starting to lose control and I ended up relapsing after that I was obviously angry at myself and do I decided to do a few things to fix this problem, like changing my environment and get rid of all the triggers during that time and all that and after the next day I felt different i wasn't able to do anything I didn't have any cravings didn't have any labido and felt very emotional low and this would be known as the flatline and this was my first flatline, I've never had one of these before even from my previous streaks or maybe I did but it was not very noticeable but after next few months until now i was to go long streaks with out having craving triggers or urges but I still manage to relapse anyways because of the fear that things won't feel right anymore. I've always been curious if you relapse during a flatline that it resets it because I ended up doing long streaks of 2 or 3 weeks and then relapsing, honestly it's kinda confusing at this point cause my symptoms are very different from everyone elses and I know that a flatline is different from everyone but Im just confused with this and I haven't felt any better from it I feel like shit everyday and it's like a hustle for me to keep going, honestly I need to answers to keep me going cause I don't know where this flatline is taking me or if it is even a flatline.

    If you don't have cravings, why relapse?
    what's wrong with you ? Can't you understand?
    do you want to spent your time fighting urges? trust me that life is sh*t!!
    Going back to addiction will only cause problems .if you don't feel any cravings, lucky you ! keep going.
    This is not an experiment. Are you taking drugs? did you undergo any medical treatment? are you ill? answer is probably no. then you are fine .If an organ stopped working because you are not using it, How can a sick person come back to normal life after 2-3 months of bed-rest ?
    Think about it.

    My honest opinion - we can feel highs and lows (flatlines) due to a wide variety of things, streaks or not. Not PMO'ing alone isn't going to make you feel like garbage, but many things with that included can. In a similar way, PMO'ing again won't make you automatically feel better. You can think about the other things of your day, like social interactions, exercise, sleep, etc.

    I feel like I'm in the same boat with you man, I'm on a good steak right now, but I'm also emotionally depleted. One of my friend came over to hang out for awhile yesterday, I thought that would cheer me up some and feel good. But no I felt the same way, just emotionally low, I have no libido or urges which is good, but also don't like being emotionally low. I don't want to relapse because I know where that road goes, so I'm doing what I can to be healthy right now.

    I too feel motivationally depleted. For me this flat line started about 2-3 weeks ago, and it isn't going away. My flatline symptoms are laziness, not being able to wake up to 20 f@#king alarms ( I only needed 1 alarm during the first 2 weeks of my streak.), lack of motivation to study unless I force my self to.

    I really feel helpless and I just want to get rid of this flatline ASAP, PMO surely is not an option tho.

    I need to get rid of this flatline pls help.

    honestly even though i feel hopeless at some points at that you might feel like shit for a while but meditation is a good start during ur flatline its helped me a lot even for a week and I dont meditate often there are ways to reduce or help the flatline symptoms you just gotta trust it.
