Hey guys, I'm new to this forum.

Thought I'd register because a friend of mine on Facebook recommended I look into NoFap to address and break free from my addictions, particularly pornography.

I'm a 19 year old university student, and has been a victim to fapping to pornography since I was 12. (I remember as far back as December 2011)

I just thought this forum would be useful for me to help moderate this addiction, I can probably go a few days, if not a week or two without fapping but then again I want to build upon this.

Thank you and I hope I can make use of this forum to build upon a NoFap and no-pornography life.

Thanks everyone! Also I just broke my NoFap today so I decided to lunge back on this forum after a year and a half hiatus. I was in other places on the internet - haha, but right now I'm going on a social media detox to focus on what matters more in real life. Especially since lockdown, it was one of the things that really deteriorated my mental health. Also breaking NoFap constantly was part of it, and also one of the reasons I quit social media (fr though, with everyone sexualizing themselves and constantly with the subliminal messages lol) but hey. I hope to put this to full use and I'm open to any tips y'all fellas have.
