    I'm a student from Bangladesh. I was a good student before watching porn. Now I'm a dull student because I can't pay attention to my studies. I'm getting more fatty day by day. Help me to stop my addiction.

    Hello and welcome to the forum. I hope you find the help you need. I would browse around the forums a bit an look up some youtube videos on further ways to assist you. If you fall, pick yourself back up and learn from your mistakes. Keep trying and dont give up. Learn your behavior patterns, and when you feel triggered. Look into meditation or qigong. Learn to channel your sexual energy into something useful. Exercise if you dont already. Journal and keep in touch with people. Be honest about your feelings. Most of all have some self compassion for yourself and like i said above dont give up on yourself no matter how hopeless it feels sometimes. We've been there! I'm grateful your trying to.better yourself.
