I understand that. One thing that could help is try to spend time with your buddy and not his wife especially if she's hitting on you when he's not around. Otherwise, go find something else to do, go for a walk, go rent a scooter, stay away from those triggering situations that are tripping you up when you're around her.

Also, maybe start the search/pursuit of finding someone you can date/marry? Start thinking of girls you know who you could ask out and pursue? It's not that these desires for touch or being desired are bad. They just need to have a good healthy context for them to happen in.

I'm not great at this kind of stuff, but I do know these desires are legitimate, they just need a healthy place for them to be acted upon.

This is a tricky situation. I saw that you decided to part ways with your buddy and his wife, and that is probably for the best. The sensual massage in my opinion would be a type of masturbation (even if not genital touching) because it is impersonal and if you are already turned on, it can lead you to “going off”. Also, when you part ways with your friend, while it is good to apologize for having to leave, unless you have made their trip hell, do not apologize for bringing down the mood, or invading their space. Do not apologize for bringing lonely/needy energy to the trip unless they have said something or given a sign that you were affecting them. Maybe just say that you are struggling and need to go home, thank them for their time, and wish them the best for the remainder of their trip.

I am officially an Urah-Kai again. This time hopefully for the last time because I move into a house with about a dozen other people August 15th, and I really want to be clean for over three weeks by then, so that I am not masturbating or looking at erotic images in a Christian living community (which just feels wrong, even if I have my own room. Though to be honest, looking at porn, period, feels wrong, so as long as I can manage my urges these next 16 days, hopefully I will be much more under control, like I was when I made it 24 days with out PMO about a month ago.
