    No, nofap is not a strategy to find a girl. Nofap is when you have long-term problems with sex or masturbation or porn, or probably all three of them.

    You'll find a girl if you tell a nice girl that you think she is nice, and tell her what exactly it is that is nice about her.
    You'll find a girl if you show her some respect and don't tell her that she is nice only to have her in your bed at once.
    It may take time to find a girl that you will have sex with.
