I managed 20+ days only because I treated each day as day one! Because before I used to count the days and od course 90days won't pass by in an hour would they....

Treat each day as day one then you will forget about the days / counting. ... I've realised the more we think about the worse it becomes because we're anxious about it.... just how you would be in the gym about lifting weights but you wouldn't be anxious if u pressed 40kg but if you did double then you would and should be anxious because of injury...

Over thinking and anxiety is the problem of this world. ..

We all have setbacks. Same thing happened to me yesterday. We can do this together.

 

I also couldn't believe it come to this for me. I get cravings mostly when I'm bored and angry. One day at a time my friend.
