    Hey mates, its great meeting y'all here. I'm so looking forward to getting involved in the NoFap.

    I'm a 17 year old male currently in 12th grade. I've been using porn since I was 13 and since then I've been battling anxiety, insecurities and loneliness. I've never had partnered sex and I'm scared of experiencing it ya know.
    I decided to quit using porn to improve my quality of life and stop being a loner, interact more with people to say.

    I'm in my first day of hard mode reboot and hope to carry it out without relapsing.

    Hello dude i am 17 male. In nofap do meditation daily at morning this helps you in control mind. Stay focused don't distract by bad things, first make goal of 30days without PMO.
