  2. Did some travelling and to kill time I scrolled through phone quite a lot, surely breaking the 100m barrier. Time to get it under control again.

  3. Tightening the screws. No more than 1h a day.

  5. A few days ago I spent 24 hours without youtube and it was like the best experience ever. I'm planning on doing it again.

  6. Uh... Nightmarish totalitarian fantasy, anyone?

  7. Yeah, it kinda feels like that. I would like to say that, we think we are living a life of freedom. But in reality we are in a cage that we cant see. But I still believe that no matter how much technologies advance, but man's will can never be defeated. No matter how much these tech companies try to hook us to their products, we will still prevail !

  10. First, if you say it is an addiction, how you want to treat it? To get recovery or only abstain? If you abstain, it won't give anything. Yes, you may limit your usage for a while, but then this fellow "Internet" will stab you in the back when you won't expect that.

I could write many options there how to prevent it, but it seems it is working at least only for one month for me and I guess it may be classified as abstaining stuff. I always need to change my plan to not get into charming spells of the internet. I am radical at this and I believe that only with radicality you can get rid of addiction. The most effective thing is just to prevent yourself for at least 24 hours completely from the internet and then evaluate how you are feeling. It may be quite different than you expect before doing that. I didn't think that I will start easily to wake up at 6 AM and start jogging. 48 hours without internet really made me understand how it badly affects me, I must admit I even have gained "superpowers", at least started to do what I haven't done before in my life and thought many solutions how to prevent myself from the internet. But I prefer TO DO rather than DO NOT.

Hello, go out more exercise and enjoy life. Living a full life will reduce the dependence on the Internet, and so will quitting pornography. In fact, it will make it easier to quit pornography if you can reduce your dependence on the Internet. Come on. Good luck

  12. Certainly better than being under it.

  13. I have slipped up on a few days but overall all's good. The limit is now 30 minutes.

Spending lots of time with my girlfriend, in nature, learning or playful activites. I enjoy my life to the fullest by cutting down digital media. Allthough progressed in NoFap very far so far.
