    i am on day 111 of my hardmode journey.
    The last couple days and while looking in the mirror i have noticed something different.
    My goatee is now fuller.
    I used to have gaps on the sides.
    I really like it now. I have always envied men with thicker beards.
    Wow. This thing really works.

    Thats one of my goals too. It gets shaggy when it grows out because of fapping. I want to see a real beard grow. So I shaved today and I will watch it grow each day of this month. It is still day I today.

    Awesome. I’m on day 22, and have always had a gap in the middle of my mustache. Today I noticed some new hairs growing in the middle!

    You lost a lot of vitamins, minerals and energy when you fap, if you don't fap all that minerals will be used up by your body. Better hair, better skin etc
