I've found a new way called seven steps for nofap and today is the second day I formally try it. There is an article about it. Basically it's about
    1) go to bed and get up early
    2) exercise more and live a healthy life
    3) learn more about nofap everyday
    4) pray (there is also another version for non-religious)
    5) do at least one good things everyday
    6) have goals and fight
    7) reflect on yourself and try to be better
They said that if you keep doing all of these then you are almost success. Just use some simple ways to beat Lust and you will find it very easy. There is another article about this.
I will keep recording my feeling here. Today I still felt a little bit headache in the morning as before but felt better and more energetic in the afternoon.

A relapse on the forth day. Well, at least I don't feel dizzy or headache now. That's a good news. I'll keep trying.

It is really strange that I don't feel anxious as I spend some time everyday on praying. Maybe praying do bring me something like "inner peace". Or maybe it is because consecutive thought blocks out worry. Anyway it works.
Another thing is DON'T PLAY YOUR IPHONE ON THE BED. I mean lying on your bed and playing your iphone to kill the time. It will push you into a dangerous situation.

  4. Those seem like pretty good principles to follow. Exercise will keep you busy and channel your energy into something productive, prayers (or meditation for those that aren't religious) will keep your mind at peace and learning about NoFap and reflecting on your journey will give you more awareness of your situation. I'm sure you have the discipline to stick to this plan andan succeed
