You need to find a balance in your life. Start getting more organized, in your thoughts and also your everything is surrounding you, especially your house. Start meditating, take cold showers, do things that will help you develop your self-discipline and somehow, it will also help indirectly with PMO.

    Sorry to hear you relapsed.

like other people said cold showers have helped some so I would recommend keeping up with that.

another thing that might help is thinking back and writing down the times and dates you relapsed. Try and remember what you were doing at the time? how were you feeling? What had you done that day? You may notice a pattern and will be able
To figure out what is triggering your relapse.

hope that helps, stay strong brother.

Chaser effect bit me and was just 10 hours in. Starting from beginning now.

I feel sick in my stuck. Feeling a lot of anxiety. Feel like sleeping all day.

    Day 0: 12 hours and 34 minutes.

The first day is always the toughest. But I shall get through this.

Hey Lonercub, you are definitely overthinking it. Don't count down the hours or days. Don't sit in front of the computer or your phone. Just go out and do something or work on something you enjoy at home. When urges come, stay calm and say in your mind that you don't care about them. Try not to get excited one way or another. Don't give your brain any more reason to bring them back up. Move on. Remember that addiction is caused by our brains "wanting" something much more than "we" actually do. The more you train your brain to not "want" to think about it, the less it will.

If you can't ignore them, a lot of people have success with this method. Calmly but firmly imagine a big red cancel mark in your mind. Say "NO." Close your eyes and put your fingers in your ears if you have to. Your brain is in a hyperreactive state - it needs to calm down and think about something else.
