Ha I just want to tell you all, Don't you ever I repeat ever give up. Please keep moving start another day with hope of getting better or being the best of you and you don't have to have all the confidence in yourself but you, we, all of us keep trying even though we might still fail, we try and the thing is if you don't try you won't know
I know how you guys feel, I know about the depression, anxiety , tiredness , brain fog , paranoid of things, overthinking , sleepless nights, insomnia, low self-esteem, urges, Trigger from everywhere, worthlessness, and so on, I Know how it's feels and I'm sorry I can't do anything about it ,I'm in 101 days now and been through alot I'm so happy now enn, like you have no idea like my life is figured out, just this three months done 2 online courses, I started a online business, I'm just 19 and am trying mold my future by myself not just sleeping all day, playing games and feeling sorry for myself.
See the first month was hard, I remembered I watched P on the 6 day even thought I would restart again but my bro come to stay in my room and we talked and the urges went and we kept moving, learning from the mistake, see the first month was i had alot of bad days porn related bad days but I kept moving, learn, don't touch myself and yaa, I remember I do come to nofap success story to feel motivated and I hope I touch a person, Everything will be okay, This stuff like is life changing and not just the social way but life itself, so I hope I touched someone and please this is how to live and now i go days like it's nothing, Everything will be OKAY just keep moving PLEASE
