Ricardo - I had the heart palpations for a while. It is definitely scary, and I get where you're coming from. If you haven't already been checked with a doctor then it might be best to do so. If however it has been caused by too much porn and fapping then know that it can definitely get better, 100%. It sounds like you may have a bit of health anxiety as well which I also had big time. You can also deffinetly recover from that. The main things that helped me:

    Cold showers
Remove / reduce amount of sugar in your diet
    Eat more whole foods
    Meditation
    Give up lust / ogling
    Give up alcohol
Work on patience and how to deal with anger and stress
Read as much about the harms of porn as you can

It's an ongoing progress but as long as you don't give up you will get there

Thank you for this helpful response !

I don't have a wife .. I am in hard mode and I am going through it until March 2021 ... Is 360 days sufficient for me to be fully recovered ? And when I get married can I have sex with my wife everyday ?

Oh i misread your post. I thought you said you were getting married.

The truth is there is no way to predict how long it will take. That's why it's best not to get hung up on how much time has passed. The younger you started on streaming p, generally, the longer it will take.

What's important is to pay attention to how you're feeling. When you start to realize that you feel better than you did the last day, week, month, you know you're heading to the finish line.

Just DON'T GIVE UP. You can have sex as much as you want once you're cured. Take it slowly at first. Too many o's can lead to cravings and relapse. If you feel bad after having sex - take some more time to heal and try again.

And try to stay as relaxed and calm as you can till then. Remember that p is something you've given up. When your brain starts to tell you it craves something - tell it you don't care about that. Because why would you? You quit. It's not part of your life one way or the other. Focus on the rest of YOUR life and making that better.

Despite how awful it feels to be in this position, you're getting better, and trust me and everyone else when we say it's better to be feeling like shit on the way to recovery than to be high all the time (on p or any other drug)...

“Recovery” is not a standalone event,
It’s period where you introduce a Healthy lifestyle Into your life, and
Your journey starts once you start Following that Lifestyle Casually.
It may take you 2 months, 2 years to make it causal, depending on your understanding, wisdom, and perhaps other factors.

You say you have “recovered” once You don’t fap again.
Say a person gets to “90 days”, and on the 100th day he/she ‘s back into the freakin’ cycle of misery, that ain’t recovery.

    Good luck.
    Stay aware.
