I agree with you. Kudos on quitting so early on, I wish my sorry 14 year old ass was as smart as you. You only did PMO for a year and a half and you have nearly 6 months already. En mi opinión, de lo que hasta ahora he aprendido, entendido de mi adicción al PMO, la recuperación se trata de algo más que el tiempo, algo más que "¿Cuánto tiempo tendré que resistir", de hacerlo por fuerza bruta. Desde mi punto de vista, trato de enfocarme más bien en incorporar cambios de hábitos, que incluyen un nuevo estilo de vida, para mí esto es NoFap, un estilo de vida, porque mi adicción al PMO es incurable, lo que no significa que deba convertirse ni en una condena ni en una carga. Para mí se trata de cultivar hábitos saludables: comer saludable, hacer ejercicio, meditaciones guiadas, ejercicios de respiración, dormir bien y sobre todo un lavado de cerebro: estudiar las temporadas de Soaring Eagle, leer estos hilos del foro NoFap y leer libros de recuperación de la adicción sexual. Es desarrollar una disciplina y compromiso con mi recuperación, algo que está más allá de la emocionalidad, de si me siento bien o mal, feliz o agobiado, jamás podría condicionar a eso mi recuperación.
