The instructions say that "You must start on day 0 and you should post preferably every day in this thread until you reach 2 weeks."
But the whole point of this forum is to do what we want, to go about as we feel it will benefit us. So I'd say start from 0 or 7, the main thing is that you stay true to yourself and honor your commitment (or adjust it if it is too simple or too difficult)

Day 8/14

Starting the second part of this challenge. I must admit it feels pretty good. Especially when I pass the weekend PMO free. I'm grateful.

Day 13/14.

 

Checking in for day 6/14. A little thrown off by travel, and then feeling ill on the trip home. Feel weak and have a splitting headache. Still trying to stick to the parts of my routine that I can do, and trying not to sit around even though I might not end up going anywhere today.
