    Hello everybody, I’m 21 years old and I’m from Europe.

    I started NoFap journey like 3-4 years ago and my biggest streak ever is 42 days. I never managed to do 90 days. Yesterday I relapsed after 19 days, and I binged only once. I hope I can stay on track, because my latest relapses always ended with binging next 3-4 days. Any suggestions on how to evade binging ? Thank you very much !

    What I do is look at all the side effects of excessive PMO .
    and choose one of them which I know will ruin my life.
    and use that as my motivation.
    for example - for me my biggest fear is hair loss
    hope it helps :)
