Does anyone else do this?

Everyone is triggered by different things. You'll need to learn yours so that you can avoid and resist them.

 

You are 20! At 20 I would think it is pretty normal! However, this could easily become a habit! After a while even though there is no natural arousal, the brain wants its dopamine kick and then you start chasing stronger and more extreme stuff and harder P! That is when the problem really balloons!

I strongly recommend that you try your best to get rid of the habit now! I only wish someone had given me this advice when I was 20!

 

I agree with buzz, the hormones are ragging bro, don't feed them, fertilize them or water them! Let the feeling pass. Stay away from pics and other triggers! But I have to say the teenage years and in my 20's was much MUCH more difficult than now in my 40's, my jets have cooled down a bit, thank God! But its still an upward battle for us all! It's not always about hormones!
