Hello again. While although the last few days had been going great for me and my recovery, feeling little to no urges whatsoever, this being the most amount of days I had gone without mindlessly fapping to filthy porn, after fantasising about some attractive girls I had seen at the beach yesterday, I became overcome by urges and fapped. As this had been the best streak I have had for quite some time, I am very disappointed in myself for losing it, especially since I promised myself that I would completely quit pmo forever before the end of the Summer holidays. While although I may have stumbled, I will try my best to pick myself up again. Like I said in my last post, keep up the good fight and never stop fighting. God bless.

    Hey mate.
When we hear talking a successful businessman we always think they only have had just one company or business, right?
But almost always, these people fighted a lot and had many, many projects. Most of them failed projects, until they were succcessful.

It happened to you now. You have failed once and maybe you will fail again. But you must never forget, that you are trying to improve. Never forget that, is extremely important. It is going to be a hard path to walk, but you need to be strong.

I will recommend you a video that is pretty good. It is well explained and also very encouraging. It is more than advisable to check it out.

Oh, I almost forgot. You haven't relapsed. You have just reseted the count.
If you start with the bad habit again, then you have relapsed.

Take care mate. And remember when we fall, the life is testing if we are strong enough to stand up again.
