    I have completed one year no porn no sex no masterbation but with two strange situations

    1- i was watching movie and there was intemancy with 2 actors no nudity iget aroused then i i switched it off found my self later with plenty of seamen with no touch
    2_ i wAs swimming in the sea no arousal just erection but i found my self ejaculating with no touch not even arousal just like a wake dream

    My question is quitting porn masterbation is good because know i ejaculate with no touch no porn no big arousal just like wet dream but awake

    Hmmm, I think from time to time, your body wants to eliminate a quantity of semen. And since you are no longer masturbating, nor having sexual contact, it does it the natural way, when your are horny or any different situations, I don't know how to explain the swimming situation. The solution might be to find a partner to be intimate with. DON'T GO TO PORN OR SELF PLEASURE! This will send you back from where you started, but otherwise, I think you are fine for the moment.

    Are you engaging in normal healthy intercourse since your successful nofap. Your brain had been rewired to think of sex in a very unnatural way. You my need to slowly engage in normal sex to get things fully working again. But stay away from pmo obviously. You have done great and just need to focus on other things in life now.

    No unfortunately i i have never had sex before
    Or any sexual act oral or any kind of that
    And i feel that i am free from porn and masterbation that i do not need it anymore
    Focusing on my work right now

    I want to know why is there ejaculating with no touch no porn nothing at all is that a side effwct of long stirk is that mean when i im with girl i will ejaculate before even have sex ? I am worried and thinking about rge effects of nofap because this ejaculating was never ever happen to me back the days of masterbation

    I have never been with a girl, never had sex, I don't know to answer that question, but the question is couldn't you control it?     Are you trying to say you are having wet dreams? i never had them on NoFap but i went up to 9 weeks and slept with a girl i know it feels like you will cum before sex but you won't worst thing that will happen is your a minute man. But with practice you can work on that

    Maybe you are right because one year with no masterbation is too long epically I rarely had a wet dream during sleeping
    I got aroused from cold sea water and erected then had ejaculating sensation and let it happen did not try to stop it
