Keeping at it. Hit that 5. Then 10. Also I'd really recommend making changes to your pmo prevention after every relapse. In that way you'll keep reducing triggers and vulnerable situations and actually learn from every relapse.

 

Endurance has been kind. No urges but a lot of crazy dreams. 5 more days to the wormhole, feeling very positive. Still a very clean ride so far.

 

Hey I am on Day-10. Could you count me in for finding Co-ordinate.

 

At the expense of sounding like a broken record, I'd recommend that you keep your electronic devices in a different room at vulnerable hours (bedtime, early morning), then work in open/public/sitting spaces when working on your devices during the day. Issue I have with the typical control measures (cold showers, music, meditation etc.) is that you still have to avoid pmo using willpower when you've done these activities. I feel that the control measures work really well when you have attained decent streaks and you can manage urges better, but they are not so great when you still can't go 2-3 clean days. Also, I learnt python too (still learning) but I have conpleted a research piece on covid19 using python. It's a good language to start the programming journey, easier than the typical and very readable.

 

Day 3 of farming.
We are struggling to yield any nutritious crops. Hoping to find some increase in production by adding a nutrient I have been developing in the lab. I am trying out a test drone which appears to be successful, soon I will be heading out to try capture one of the drones I suspect to be government that tracks overhead from time to time.

 

I would like to join, I am on my first day today!

I pick up a shovel again and start working the land

 

Day 1 in the farm almost completed.
I've been that busy here that I had no time to take a picture.

One of the solar panels of the farm is kind of broken but I will be trying to fix it.
