    Hello everyone,
    I've joined nofap to hopefully finally end my p and m addiction. This years been really tough for me mentally as I'm sure it has for most people and because of this my addiction is the worst its been in years and im looking to finally end that

    Hi @dantoms97

    Welcome to NoFap and I decided to join NoFap too because I wanted to end my porn addiction and masturbation addiction because it ruins my life and if I try to attempt to quit porn addiction and masturbation addiction without NoFap, it’s still made me to go into porn and masturbation addiction if I try without NoFap. With that said since I signed up and this is my day 3 of NoFap I will continue to be on NoFap so I can end my porn addiction and masturbation addiction so that I can be a better person and have better life.
