1 do not look for motivation to quit, be your own motivation
2 be serious on not relapsing, or youll end up wasting days, month or maybe years away
    3 dont ever quit

NoFap is a must, find and focus on your purpose, gym and working out, keep positive people around you and be a leader not a follower.

Be consistent, focus on your goals (which nofap is part of them) and don't let whatever in your way stop you. People that ever doubt what you can do and where you can get, move them out of your way. Now, age related - even if you're young it's never late to start working on your goal, not only nofap - people think that if they're young they can stay "at ease" with their goals and sit their asses down and wait, its called procrastinating.

Don't focus on the day tracker. Focus on not relapsing. Don't treat relapsing as an option.

Don't expect just abstinence from PMO to solve all your problems. Please take the effort to work on yourself and fill in the time with good lifestyle choices otherwise you will revert back to your old ways. NoFap is a journey which you can only have and no one can take away from you.

    • Balancing work and play is important for a meaningful and satisfying life.
    • You’ll be surprised which of your peers end up being the happiest and most successful adults. It won’t necessarily be the current popular kids. Lesson: follow your own path and be true to what inspires and drives you.

Mostly directed at me at age 16, but I'm sure some of it might be useful...

Choose your friends/peer group wisely. They have more influence than you think. Your friends will most likely be much more important than your relationships for the next ~10 years.

Find a balance between work(study), socialising and 'self-improvement' (fitness, reading, etc.) they are all equally important. Look after them every day.

Don't be concerned with the opinions of people who you don't respect.

If your mental health is faltering, don't ignore it, don't glamorise it, and don't self-medicate with alcohol or drugs. Sitting in the dark all day drinking and listening to miserable music is not an inevitable part of growing up, it's a sign that you have a problem and you need help.

As soon as you start earning money, start saving. Put aside a little bit every time you get paid, and don't touch it no matter what. Your 30+ self will thank you.

Sorry to hear that. Therapy/psychologists is only one avenue to explore. I hope that you are able to make some improvements soon, even if only incremental.

  14. FOCUS ON YOUR GOALS ANYTHING OTHER THAN YOUR GOALS SHOULD NOT BE VISIBLE TO YOU!

  15. Also. This is a big one... confidence comes from choices. The key to happiness for any man is three things. sorry These won't ensure happiness but these are what you need for a foundation to be happy.

Health. A man never has more energy than when hes a teenager. Take advantage of it. Eat well and excersize regularly. Run, lift weights, and look good. Because there are days you can't and won't feel good. If you can't always feel good you might as well look good.
Money. No one expects you to have 1.8 million in the bank. If you have a gucci belt at 16 your mom bought it for you. Start putting money away now. You want that gucci belt for 600? No problem. Put 60 bucks in the bank at least and never touch it. Or even better invest it in something.
Skills. This is paramount. You need to know something... whether it's software engineering or plumbing. This ensures that if you're not an entrepreneur that you'l always have a job somewhere.

Don't be afraid to have your own life.

  16. Me neither.

But guess what? Too bad lmao

Chug a frappuccino and run around a track until you can't anymore.

If you don't push yourself now when you can you'll end up being 30, defeated and then you'll see what low energy is.

If you don't beat this now you need to understand that you'll be fucked forever.

I'm being very serious when I share this with you.

  17. i am near 30 and bro trust me i am more energetic than i was in my teens. age is actually a number, i never was able to run 5km when i was a teen, now i can do 10kms. was never able to focus on anything, was sleepy by afternoon, now i seep 7-8 hours with comfort. used to sleep 9 hours when i was in my teens.

as they say age is just a number, i think i would be even better version of myself when i would be 40.
