For the past few months, especially during pandemic amd with feelings of loneliness. I started getting off to a girl on Instagram who i went to college with over 2 years ago. (never saw since). Thing is, she did some pretty nasty things to me. And i hate her for it and want to move on with my life. Its like she's still controlling me and winning even after so long.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

  2. Have you talked to her? If you solve it from the roots you'll be able to forgive, of course most of the time they'll be the same ass, but exposure is a huge help

  3. My suggestion is to not look her up any more, and

if you think about her, just think about something else.

When you complete a full reboot, you will have moved on.

If you sit at home, and are idle, yes, you will think about old gfs.

Get out of the house, dude.

You can stay in the house, if you don't think of her or use PMO.

But that's not happening is it?

    So you need to leave.

The donts are always a better to understand than the dos.

Dont chat with her again expecting an apology
    Dont try to reform her
Dont try to rationalize her behavior
Dont seek revenge (There is a story of snake and saw. Snake slides next to a saw and gets cut. To seek revenge, he tries to strangulate the saw, but ends up getting cut into pieces)
If at all she seeks forgiveness, don't forgive. Or rather forgive but dont be best friends with her. People never change. She'll probably betray you again.
Some people are manipulative and it's not your job to reform them.
