Had a great day today, working out is really a good activity for not relapsing, I had urges and worked out and then they disappeared. Let’s go brothers!

Day 2 hoping to reach day 90. Did meditation. Learned something new. Coded for a bit. Did mild exercise unlike yesterday. Going one meal a day today so to avoid dopamine rush. Ate healthy.
