was to remember to just make it through today.

I had to focus all my energies on making it through that day.

And every day, I had to just survive that day.

Then, before you know it, enough time goes by where it is not so hard.

The full reboot solves a ton of life problems.

A lot of them get solved without any effort.

Hang in there, you can do it.

 

Try to do a walk, access this forum and visit your church* everyday, this is really helping me.

I do it everyday, just put my mask and start to walk in the street. If you can do this, dont use the pandemic as a excuse to avoid it.

 

when you feel like you got to bust, just hold your breath and count to ten.
