Relapsed after 27 days

Hey everyone I need some help. I do everything I need to do. I meditate, I do journaling, I workout. I work and I stay out and I dont use social media at home. I try my best but there are moments even with planning you get an urge. But every-time I have no motivation to not relapse. I always tell myself I will just look and I always relapse. How do I build the motivation or beat my own stupidity to say I dont want to look because I always fail. Please guys I need some help, I am so lost I cannot keep doing this. Idk what to do.
