    Yeah I'm trying my best to be vigilant. I dunno what happened last night to cause me to lead down the road of the chaser. Gonna push past it as best I can tonight. Meditate later, maybe have an evening walk before bed.

    Day 3 done. The past three I was extremely busy so I could easily go through. The real test will be tomorrow and day after as I am relatively free.
    But my will is super strong and I have planned counter measures. May the force be with me!
