Day 16/90 During this week I was so busy of my study and work, so could not check in. Head up and keep fighting, we can master our emotions and are in the process of learning how to control our mind/self when the urges come, so stay in and fight
Day 26/90 Had some disturbing sexual dreams the last couple of nights but it hasn’t been affecting my day to day routine, no urges so far... moving on

Day 8/30 Habit 1- X Habit 2 ✔ Day 9/30 Havit 1- X Havit 2 -✔ There were 2 times wet dreams in last two days but no major urges while I was awake
Day 7 almost completed. I had lost count so I had to look it up (a good thing). Had some small urges, but remembered - I can't let you guys down, right
15/90 just over in around 90 minutes or so. No real rough edges today. Feelings surprisingly stable and solid this time around. It is all good when it comes to any potential urges: looking to find new and better friends to aquaintan myslef with Onwards and upwards fellas!
