How long does erection last? Before/After

I have cured PIED but my erection's longetivity depends on many other factors like how many days before i had sex, tiredness, nutrition, psychology. Its not just a one way road. It came from lasting a few seconds to 10-20 mins stimulated by sex although quality isnt rock hard all the time during sex.

 

How long did it take you to cure your PIED and how old are you?

 

It ain’t fixed man.
Like sometimes when I used to MO, It’d hardly be up by the time I ejaculated.

Now sometimes it goes up suddenly without notice or without direct stimulus and takes minutes to cool down, even when I’m not fantasising.

 

When I first started nofap I was not practicing any sort of transmutation and I would get erections that lasted for ages. Once I was erect for the entire night, from when I went to bed around 11pm - 7am I had a constant erection and I got no sleep, it was absolutely insane, I felt like I was loosing my mind.

 

Do you mean spontaneous erections while you do sth else than fantasizing touching yourself? Also, did you do monkmode ( i mean abstaining from any sexual activity- no orgasms for a period of time?)

How did you achieved that? Thanks in advance!

 

My erections are increasing. Before Nofap i had that terrible problem with Porn. Nowadays when i see a beautiful woman in the street or a good conversation with a girl, my horny state are better. If i can say a number i think its 70% better. I didn't have sex yet, since i've started nofap.

1. Understand why you want to quit PMO.
2. Have a strong mindset, Willpower.
3. Don’t rely on willpower. Use Purposeful Situational Manipulation to help you get started(Like Wearing Trousers, Consciously staying away from the internet when you’re having urges)
4. Elevate your awareness.
5. Find your own techniques. Don’t trust other people’s techniques.
