A friend sent me this book and I had read a quarter of the book and i think i already kicked the porn habit. Porn is the only painkiller that ACTUALLY PRODUCES THE PAIN to then "relieve" it. Reading that book it's like waking up from a bad dream itself, or a marriage with a psychopath: u get the sense that uve been conned all ur life with "porn"

Ive come to realize that it's not the same to want or like sex, than sitting to watch porn. Why? Bc sex is a biological need, but porn is a con that offers u sex and gives u nothing. And this comes from a porn addict telling u.

If ur a top, then porn is DEADLY!!!! actually ending ur ability to have real sex, and gives u Erectile Dysfunction instead

This book got recommended quite a few times on the forums. I read it once, but never really understood what the fuss was about. But if it helps you, then great!

The fuzz is about the change in perspective it gives u. It says things that we already knew, but in a different way

  8. I read it, and I'm gonna be honest, it sucks. Not going to explain why here, but what is sure is that there is no "easy way" to break out of an addiction. Moreover, all these books about NoFap just make things more complicated while they are very simple in theory.
