How to win with pornography, I've been fighting this shit for 4 years and it doesn't look like I'm gonna win.
I started taking choline and ZMB6 is a supplement, I'm like a wreck.

  2. Welcome to NoFap. Trust me since I am on this forum the fight is way more coordinated, self development really happens. You learn who you are. You maybe even find people you can look up to or learn from. You started this. You know why you are here. There is no going back to the comfortable naive lifestyle anymore.

  4. Everyone is different but the real truth is that you need a strong mind, it sound ridicolous because we costantly repeat it: "Change your tactics, etc...".
I find a real truth anyway, that bypass every personal decision that can help you to defeat your addiction.
The gradually or complete deletion of tech, social medias, etc...
You addiction came from internet then let it return on it.

  6. The goal I find most useful in the beginning is to look at porn less. At least it is for me. Other people advocate a hard 90. In either case, you will need to work on developing other aspects of your life. You can't just flip a switch and remove porn from your life. That isn't possible. You've got to actively develop a life you want to live that porn doesn't fit into. Given enough time and progress on your new life, porn becomes like a former friend you just don't really have much in common with any more. At least that's my experience thus far.
