I’m doing nofap for too long, i keep relapsing I didn’t even made it to 3 weeks. My friends keep talking about pornography and they Believe that p is normal to watch while i am doing nofap and they keep sending me pictures of models when i see those pictures i feel so stressed and depressed because i feel that my rebooting will be affected so i go back to fapping + I keep overthinking about every minor thing while doing nofap since i visited nofap sites , a lot of people saying that you should avoid drinking caffeine, eating dairy, carbs, bread, fried food, sugary food, drinking juice, soda, stop using social media, watching t.v/youtube . based on people opinion on nofap sites any of these affects rebooting. All of this crap stresses me out so i go back to watch p and fapping more than when i was doing it back then.
    I’m stuck at this cycle.

You should tell your friends that sending that shit is unacceptable, if they still send it then you might need to make new friends.

On many things, you mentioned that one should do while on Nofap I would suggest starting small.
When I started Nofap, I also started obsessing over things I can or cannot do but that just stressed me out.
What helped me is not trying to do everything at once.
So if you eat junk food, try lowering the frequency to which you eat in a week.
If social media is the issue, then try minimizing the use.
    Same with other things.
You don't need to be perfect while doing it. You'll make mistakes and that's okay.

    You'll learn along the way.

  3. Concentrate on quitting PMO for now, forget about quitting other stuff for a while - EXCEPT if you notice that some other things make it much more likely that you will reset. Even then you may not need to entirely quit them, you may just need to make adjustments. For example you can make YouTube non-triggering by using the "not interested" function on any video suggestion that is in any way triggering (at least that works where I live, I can't guarantee that it'll work in other countries).

Perhaps some apps have an option where you can turn off all images. I've heard of people setting their internet browser to be image-free but I haven't tried it myself.

I joined this site yesterday - I'm not even 24 hours in. But last night I decided to just watch a movie - Showdown in Little Toyko - old, bad 90s action. I quickly remembered a lot of why I enjoyed that movie so much as a teenager... a good bit of nudity. I pretty much sighed to myself and averted my eyes. By no means do I consider that "watching porn", and I directed my focus away, but I do understand the thoughts around limiting social media, etc. I unfollowed certain people on Instagram, etc since I followed them just to see pictures in as little clothing as possible. As far as quitting everything else, I agree with Diaspar. Focus on one thing at a time.

  5. Hi there. I have joined nofap recently but trying to no PMO for a few months now, and on the way I learn many things. Here I'll like to share my experience with you. I also used to think a lot about it, got stressed up on little things. But one thing we need to understand here is, the more we think of not doing something, the more we crave to do that thing. It's the human psychology. So instead now I try to keep the NoFap thing normal. Instead of thinking about it all the time, we should engage ourselves in some other better work. Keeping it in our mind will only do harm to our purpose. I Give only a specific time of the day to nofab as it helps in reminding my no pmo goals and also keep me motivated. And now with tv and social media, you don't have to stop watching them all together. But we have to be very strict about the contents because as more days passes without pmo, (for me) even the kissing scene of the movie made me super aroused. So I personally restrict(not stop) watching movies and social media. Because to gain some you have to lose some. And I don't know anything about the effects of food. I eat whatever I get my hands on without thinking much except junk food as I never eat it them anyway(maybe that's plus point for me to begin). And also some physical work and meditation will definitely help. But most importantly I have decided to never give up,how many attempts it may take to reach my certain goals.
    Thank you!

Just focus on no pmo first, that's the most important part of the process. Of course any triggering content is classified as p so stay away from such content whether it's social media or YouTube. And that's it. However, the other things are important in improving yourself in general, keeping you busy and taking away focus from pmo, and building new habits for the period after nofap. So keep integrating that stuff slowly in the journey.
