So I relapsed as promised I will come back here when I get the 3 day challenge.

 

That means I have joined the 7-days challenge for 1 day. forasmuch I have finished the previous 3-days challenge and It's been 5 days since I started my journey.

Day 3/7... Feeling good, but it is noticable how thoughts creep in your head and u have to ignore/fight em off.

7/7. The Seven Day challenge is complete. More importantly, I beat my longest streak of 25 days, broken on May 6th. It took me 90+ days to build this strength to make it here. I pray I will grow more disciplined and stronger, and I hope that those who come after me will find strength in my example. See you on the 14'er

 

Day 2. I forgot to write on day 1. My biggest problem is not getting to 7 days but not relapsing on the 7th day.
