Massive tiredness longer into a streak

Hey guys.

I'm feeling good and feel content with my recovery and feel quite solid. But something which have hit me over the weekend is a heavy tiredness. I have been more or the less exhausted and feel the same today. I have a tough time focusing at work and feel very slow in my mind. I think I have had brain fog and so on in the past, but this seem different. Could obviously come from exercise and other stuff, but just wanted to ask if someone else have experienced this?

Have been doing nofap since November, two longer streaks of 100+ days with a few tough weeks inbetween. Currently on day 115 and feel great really overall. Sleep could be better. Maybe it’s that simple, but I have been having this sleeping cycle for a quite a long time, with about 7 hours at least.
