    I hate having morning wood because sometimes it’s so hard to resist porn either in the mornings are really bad because when I try to quit porn I get morning wood it’s like getting worse like this morning I was so horny for a woman or porn and I tried to get it to stop but it would not go down so I relapsed to porn so I could feel better and not have it no more but after it ends I feel better then later bad that I relapsed

    If you have a hard on why do you need porn? If you’re going to wank it just do it on a physical level but don’t add porn. Porn is infinitely worse than just wanking. I know some disagree with me on this but take on one devil at a time if you have to.
     
  3. Don't even think about @Breadman advice until you completed your reboot. MO will hinder your progress in recovery.
    You're only 3 days in according to your counter, don't even consider MO if you want to beat the addiction it will set you back because it's connected to each other you can read more about it on YBOP.

    If you must MO then wait at least until a month, and do it without fantasizing on porn otherwise it will take you super long to rewire.

  5. I think there's merit in what both of you are saying. MO will definitely hinder progress, but at the same time, quitting just P first might be easier. I did it. 60 days before abstaining from PMO and so far it's working.
