  7. Some great recommendations here and I'm definitely going to add some to my every growing too read list! So thanks everyone for sharing.

    A few from me:

    Digital Minimalism - Cal Newport
You are not a Gadget - Jaron Lanier
10 Arguments to Delete Your Social Media - Jaron Lanier
Notes on a Nervous Planet - Matt Haig

As you can see, a bit of a theme throughout these book recommendations but each one really had an impact on me and they all share some common threads in regards to technology and how it effects us.

I have over the last month removed myself from all social media, I wasn't much of a user anyway but have officially terminated my accounts. This is also my first day signing onto my laptop in the whole time of this streak. Approaching with the mindset of if I can't go on my laptop I can't watch P and it's proving effective so far. Just giving you a little background too highlight that I'm quite passionate about trying to reduce screen/technology based time.

Best of luck with your progress, I hope you like The Art of War. Interesting book for sure.

I liked battlefield of the mind although I had trouble applying the last 3rd of it. If you haven’t read boundaries yet definitely check that out. It describes a lot of addictions as the result of setting weak boundaries with yourself
