    Go outside, take a walk. Run like a dog till you get exhausted.You can't relapse in public places (Be in a situation you possible can't MO even if you wanted to). Usually the urge will disappear after this. Don't worry even if it doesn't go, you won't be in a state to relapse after all that running. You would only want to rest after that sprint.

    But I cant be outside from home all day... If I come home trigger is always there...

  5. hi you are putting too much pressure on yourself and thinking about possibility of relapses, a female voice does not equate to you then having a wank, for this reason i would force you to watch stuff with women in, none sexualised content, more about maybe sexual abuse or something bad which is happened so you can unlock your empathy, at first you may be excited so i suggest pinch yourself hard so u associate pain with finding arousal from just a voice, you need to know 100% you are not going to masturbate so then the pressure will be off, best thing is stop thinking about the fact you are doing NoFap but also don't go do it. If you cant live a normal life like you are then all you will think about is relapse so you are setting up for failure already

    thats a great advice... I am going to do it... But NOW only to voice and not to WATCHING :)... i will watch only when I feel i am settled .. But for now That voice OCD , i am going to end that :)

  8. no worries, there are trigers in real life all the time but tthe more you look or give thought before you know it yyou have relapsed trust me i know this as i came across a bikini picture when scrolling, i done the classic thing where u scroll back so i could of stopped tas soon as i saw it but i gave thought to scroll up then i clicked on it so i gave thought to click then because i clicked i saw more photos so then i looked at them all so could of stopped there but didnt b4 you know it i relapsed cos i came across sexual videos. So i set myself for failure because i gave the one photo too much power
