This is kind of strange, are these hookups or in a relationship? For some casual sex is similar to PMO and can become it's own addiction

 

Ive been on this and still am even after of 3 years nofap and cured my PIED. What you need to do is hardmode (abstain from any orgasm- even with a girl, i suggest 60-90 days) or just wait for it to get better with time. I follow my second advise and i noticed that everytime flatline lasted less and less. Problem is that you will deal with porn symptoms for a long time if you do this until you feel really good or somehow cured. I strongly suggest hardmode for a couple of days and dont force yourself to have an orgasm when you are in a flatline, i know it makes the flatline vanish somehow for a couple of days but truth is that flatline heals your brain so you shouldnt rush to avoid, or pass it. learn to love flatline even if it sucks and when it passes try sex again. You will know that flatline ended when you have those high urges and skyrocket libido. Good luck

 

Unfortunately, this is an almost guaranteed step to your recovery. Just keep going and you will be healed, if i did so you can too! Do some more hardmode streak and focus on your life overall and get some healthy habits that you life and inpire you

 

I havent cure PIED 100% but i would say 95%. I started have solid erections for sex (like 60-70% most of the times, other was fail) in the first year but i didnt make hardmode for more than 30 days. Unfortunately too many orgasms can even now send me to one flatline that can last 1-2 days max. Its completely natural i guess if you have 4 or more orgasms in a day. If you want to hear my suggestion, try hardmode for 45 days. Then try having piv sex. If you can take an ED pill do it, confidence plays a key role on this (i didnt take any of them but if i could i would get one for sure). And go easy on orgasms when you seem healed.

 

Can too many orgasms to pornography knock you into a flatline indefinitely, until you go on, continue, and finish a NoFap streak?

 

If you feel like a flatline takes way to long (number is up to you, for me would be more than 2 months) consider having an orgasm with a partner and not porn use.

Yes, this happened to me. This is why when I quit pmo I was already in a flatline, no libido whatsoever, was just masturbating out of habit.

 

Is this a girl you love or is this just a girl you have sex with and there is less emotional connection ? Do a check on circumstances ? Are you working alot ? Doing sports ? Eating healthy with alot of greens and less fatty meat ? Maybe go on a vacations with your gf and try to set a mood and maybe things get into practice
