Day 35/90. That makes 5 weeks total. With ~52 weeks in a year, that makes me nearly 10% through a whole year. I feel like that's big. We're all in this together. Support each other.

relapsed again , i dont know but my brain is constanly telling me to jerk off as during the streak i start feeling that abstaining from masturbation might just damage my dick , anybody who has reached a streak of 30 days or more ,please do tell how it felt after reaching around 30 days ,this might just quell my fear

I sometimes have some dirty thoughts going on in my mind though but I haven't had any strong urge since the last one I had during day 42 or 43. I just hope it will go away during the journey. Anyway guys let's not give up

 

day 3 here ,, today i slept in noon for damn 4 hours ,, i was not able to wake up after 1 or 2 hour ,, due to this i missed my online classes ,, in morning i am able to wake up early in the morning at 4 or 5 am but i have to implement this in noon also ,, also today i procrastinated a bit which i don't regret as i will improve it in future ,, and yeah most imp i am happy

 

Wassup dudes, i was flawless for 5 days and today i relapsed.. shit sucks man.. you guys got any advices on will power to move on??

34 days completed upcoming weeks are going to be very stressful for me as my exam is coming god give me strength to handle this pressure and dont fall in p again due to pressure or stress
