    Just relapse and fapped twice today. Just feel black pilled about certain things at the same time.

    Hey man - it's cool, just pick yourself up and start again. If you beat yourself up about relapsing, it's just going to reinforce the addiction pathways. Guilt, shame, self-loathing etc... We don't need to make it any worse on ourselves than it already is. Try to focus on something you did achieve or learn while you were on a streak - use that and start again. You got this!
