Hello everyone! I completed the fourteen day challenge yesterday, and am excited to finally be able to join this thread! I am currently on day 15/21, and the urges have come in stronger. I was able to stop myself and go for a run earlier, but I'm a little anxious about tonight. Trying to keep up good habits and be active.
