Don't worry Alex. This is no relapse. This is one of the ways the body expels semen that it needs to replace. It can also be released in a wet dream when you are asleep. The other way is the body absorbs it, replacing it with new semen/sperm.

 

That sounds more like a wet dream than a relapse. Was this in the middle of the night when you were asleep?

 

This happens to me occasionally after a week to two weeks of nofap. For me it’s usually not very much. A few drops. Pretty sure it’s normal.
